Amazon Based Study of Modern Consumerism Motivated Users.
This project uses contextual research methodology to explore consumer behavior in the digital retail environment. Together we researched the culture and conduct of online shopping and what goes through shoppers’ minds when prompted to act sustainably with the added pressures of their daily schedules and COVID-19. We collected sufficient research, analyzed the data, and presented design opportunities.
